1. Shipping Rates & Destinations
We operate with a straightforward fee structure for all domestic orders:
- Destination: United States (Domestic only).
- Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $15.00 USD per order.
Currently, we do not support international shipping, and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses to ensure secure, tracked delivery.
2. Delivery Timeline (Standard Ground)
The total time for your order to reach its destination is composed of handling time and transit time. All estimates are based on business days (Monday through Friday).

3. Order Tracking Procedures
Transparency in logistics is a priority. Upon the dispatch of your package, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your registered address. This email includes a unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the status in their system.
4. Shipping Partners
We primarily utilize FedEx for domestic ground shipping. In certain operational instances, we may use USPS or UPS if it ensures a more efficient route to your specific location. All shipments are fully insured and require valid tracking.
5. Address Verification & Modifications
Please review your shipping details carefully during checkout. If you identify an error, notify us at Support@purseloft.shop within 12 hours of order placement. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the item.
6. Items Damaged in Transit
Every product undergoes a structural inspection before dispatch. However, if your order arrives with physical damage incurred during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We require clear documentation (photographs) of the exterior packaging and the damaged item to initiate a claim with the carrier.
