We provide a 30-day return period. You must initiate your return request within 14 calendar days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To ensure a successful return, items must meet these strict criteria:
- The item must remain in its original, unused condition (no signs of wear or cleaning).
- All structural tags, dust bags, and protective plastic coverings must be intact.
- The product must be returned in the original brand packaging provided.
- Valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Responsibility for return shipping depends on the nature of the return:
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged upon arrival or does not match the ordered specifications, Purse Loft will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
- Customer Preference (Change of Mind): If the return is due to personal preference or incorrect selection, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Restocking Fees
Purse Loft does not charge any restocking or administrative fees for returns. All eligible returns will be processed for the full original purchase price of the product.
5. Damaged or Faulty Goods
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you identify a manufacturing defect or transit damage, you must notify us at Support@purseloft.shop within 48 hours. Please provide clear photographs of the defect and the shipping label to facilitate a prompt resolution.
6. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items showing visible signs of use, stains, or damage caused by the customer.

7. Refund Processing Timeline
